Suicide Is Never the Solution.
It's never the answer to end your life, no matter how bad things get.
Life can be mean sometimes. Maybe it's because you lost your job, a loved one died, or you had a bad breakup. Or maybe you're depressed and wish you could die and be alone. But killing yourself is never the answer.
You can solve most issues with the help of family and friends, a doctor, medicine, or just time. Things will get better in due course. Less difficult.
Kill yourself, you can't take that back.
Killing yourself is a selfish choice.
You might think you're ending the tough times. But what you're really doing is giving it to someone else.
Those you left behind are very sad because you're gone. The doubts and the shame for not noticing the warnings. Why they didn't do more.
Suicide is a waste of time.
If Mary didn't want to do the things we used to love to do together, I should have known something was wrong. The same too-big jumper was worn hiking and sitting on the beach in the winter.
I should have paid attention to the quiet meals. The number of late nights she worked kept going up.
